Danielle represents clients in complex California family law matters involving high-net-worth divorce, sophisticated financial disputes, business valuation issues, executive compensation, and contested support matters. Her practice focuses heavily on financially complex cases involving business owners, professionals, executives, and families with substantial community and separate property interests. Danielle regularly handles matters involving stock options, bonuses, deferred compensation, fiduciary duty claims, reimbursement issues, tracing disputes, and the division of closely held businesses and investment assets. She works closely with forensic accountants, valuation experts, financial professionals, and litigation teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to each client’s long-term financial goals and future stability.
In addition to financial litigation, Danielle handles custody and parenting matters involving contested custody arrangements, move-away requests, and complex co-parenting disputes.
