Ms. Noonan graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School, ranking in the top 10% of her class. As a member and Research Editor of the prestigious Whittier Law Review, she honed her skills in legal analysis and scholarly writing. Her passion for research led to a 17-year tenure as a Research Attorney for the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she collaborated closely with judges, providing critical legal insights that shaped judicial decisions.
