Annie E. Kim serves as a Paralegal and Estate Planning Specialist with more than 17 years of experience supporting individuals and families in estate, retirement, and wealth transfer planning. Prior to her current role, Annie worked extensively as a financial advisor, guiding clients through complex estate planning considerations in coordination with attorneys, tax professionals, and financial institutions. This long-standing experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of how legal documents integrate with broader financial and retirement strategies.

Throughout her career, Annie has worked closely with thousands of clients to address trust-based planning, asset protection strategies, trust funding, and retirement income planning. Her experience allows her to anticipate practical issues that often arise after estate planning documents are executed—helping ensure smoother coordination between legal planning and real-world financial implementation.

In her paralegal capacity, Annie supports attorneys with estate planning document preparation under supervision, client intake, and case coordination. She serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, organization, and responsive communication throughout the planning process.

Annie holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation, reflecting advanced training in retirement income strategies and long-term planning considerations. She is also a Registered Legal Document Assistant in Orange County and a commissioned California Notary Public. Fluent in English and Korean, Annie is dedicated to providing knowledgeable, culturally sensitive support that helps clients feel informed and confident in their planning decisions.
